Bookings, courses & sessions
You can book and manage 1-on-1 coaching, courses, and events directly in the app. If you need to reschedule or cancel, do it in the app or contact us — we’ll help. You’ll receive a confirmation and a reminder before each session.
Billing & purchases
Memberships and self-study courses are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account — use your store settings to cancel, restore, or manage billing. For courses or sessions paid in the app, contact us if anything looks wrong and we’ll check it.
Account help
If you can’t access your account, contact us using the email or phone number connected to your Pepper account and we’ll help you recover it. After a major update you may need to sign in again — your data stays safe.
