Delete your Pepper account
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Pepper, then go to Profile (the avatar in the top-left) → Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and personal profile data. This action cannot be undone.
2. Delete by email
Prefer email? Send a message to support@getmet.app with the subject line “Pepper Account Deletion Request”, and include the email address or phone number connected to your Pepper account so we can verify it. We will process your request within a reasonable time.
3. What is deleted
Your account profile (name, email, phone), profile photo, app preferences, saved progress, and other personal data associated with your account.
4. What may be retained
Some records may be kept where required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, or where app-store transaction records must be retained. Such records are kept only as long as necessary.
5. Partial deletion
You can also ask us to delete specific data without deleting your whole account by emailing support@getmet.app. See our Privacy Policy for more.
